FAQ: How to Turn Auto-Renew On

When you turn on Auto-Renew for your domain, we will automatically attempt to charge your credit card for that domain's renewal once it gets close to the end of its registration term. 

Domains are set to Auto-Renew by default at the time of registration. If you've deactivated Auto-Renew and want to turn it back on, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your United Domains account.
2. Click on the Billing/Renewal tab.
3. Scroll to the Domain Renewals area and locate the domain you want to update.
4. Click the Auto-renew? switch to the "YES" position.

You can still renew your domain name manually if Auto-Renew is on.
