FAQ: How to Enable/Disable Two-Factor Authentication
To enable two-factor authentication for your United Domains account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your United Domains account
- Click your name in the top-right corner of the page, and select Account from the drop-down menu
- Click the Security tab
- Navigate to Two-Factor Authentication and click Enable. You will be walked through the activation process from there
When activated, your two-factor authentication status in your account’s Security area will appear as “Active”.
To disable two-factor authentication for your United Domains account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your United Domains account
- Click on your name in the top-right right corner of the page, and select Account from the drop-down menu
- Click the Security tab
- Click the red button labelled “Disable two-factor authentication” and follow the instructions to complete deactivation
